Data Deleters LLC operates a private dedicated server for Uptime out of an undisclosed facility that is definitely a data center and not, as previously alleged, a converted closet.

power

Dual redundant supply. One wall outlet, one extension cord run from the outlet in the hallway.

cooling

Enterprise-grade airflow. A box fan, purchased on end-of-summer clearance, aimed directly at the intake.

network

Fiber-backed connection. Residential fiber, upgraded from cable specifically for this project.

security

24/7 physical security. A dog named Rex who barks at the mail carrier, the rack, and occasionally nothing.

staffing

On-call engineering team. One guy. Works nights. Has a day job.

location

Undisclosed, for security reasons. Also zoning reasons.
